For support logging in to the SID Online portal please see our guide here . If you are still unable to login to SID Online please call the Student Information Desk Team on 0300 555 0444 for support.

For all other IT requests, including login support for any other University systems, please raise a ticket via the Exeter IT Self Service Portal (https://www.exeter.ac.uk/ITServiceDesk). SID Online does not handle IT enquiries.

To avoid loss of data, we recommend not using the system during this time frame.
