From 27 July 2022, new IT problems and requests are to be raised and tracked in the new Exeter IT Self Service Portal (https://www.exeter.ac.uk/ITServiceDesk) and will NOT be handled here, within SID Online. There are some exceptions - where non-IT teams are involved – and in these cases you will be directed back to SID Online. Existing IT enquiries open in SID Online will be progressed to closure within SID Online.
Owing to essential maintenance, SID Online will be unavailable at times between 19:00 GMT and 23:59 GMT Thursday 23rd March 2023.
To avoid loss of data, we recommend not using the system during this period, but alternative methods to contact SID can be found at www.exeter.ac.uk/sid/.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused while this important work is undertaken.

Due to an essential upgrade, SID Online will be unavailable from 09:00 BST Saturday 15th April 2023 until 09:00 BST Monday 17th April 2023.
During this time no new enquiries can be logged, but emails sent to an address on www.exeter.ac.uk/sid will still be received and processed once the upgrade has completed.
