From 27 July 2022, new IT problems and requests are to be raised and tracked in the new Exeter IT Self Service Portal (https://www.exeter.ac.uk/ITServiceDesk) and will NOT be handled here, within SID Online. There are some exceptions - where non-IT teams are involved – and in these cases you will be directed back to SID Online. Existing IT enquiries open in SID Online will be progressed to closure within SID Online.
