For all other IT requests, including login support for any other University systems, please raise a ticket via the Exeter IT Self Service Portal (https://www.exeter.ac.uk/ITServiceDesk). SID Online does not handle IT enquiries.
Owing to essential maintenance, SID Online will be unavailable Thursday 19 February 2026 between 19:00 GMT and 23:59 GMT .
Emails sent to an address on www.exeter.ac.uk/sid will still be received and processed once the maintenance has completed.
