FAQ 2262
What choices can I make from the print screen?

Once you’ve selected the queue you want to print to, the Print screen will give you a number of options to prepare your document – e.g., collating/stapling/hole-punching etc. – before you send it to print.  Note that the options offered are the same regardless of where you will be retrieving your print, so if you choose the option for hole-punching and then retrieve your printing from a mini-ColorQube (8900 model), the output will not be hole-punched because the 8900 doesn’t have hole-punching capability.  Any finishing options must be selected before you click on Print, as you can’t apply them retrospectively at the MFD.

All queues default to producing output in duplex (double-sided) – if you want single-sided output you will need to override this setting before you select Print.

If your document is a non-standard size – perhaps a downloaded PDF or a Word document written for Legal-size paper – you will need to choose the option to scale to fit A4 (or A3), or the document won’t print once you release it at an MFD.
