FAQ 1037
I want to change from a 30 credit module after the first Term. Can I do this?

Students are only usually allowed to do this under exceptional circumstances, and not including poor performance or a lack of interest in the module. This is because you will have received a full term of teaching, taking up a space on the module and possibly preventing someone else from taking it. In addition you are very likely to have taken a summative assessment, counting towards the final module mark.Upon dropping the module you would also need to pick up two 15 credit modules in the second term to make up the number of credits, which is not advised. If you wish to discuss your reasons further, please contact Student and Education Services.
