Can I make a complaint about the Department or University?
We make every effort to ensure that you have the best experience possible while studying at Exeter. However, we recognise that there may be occasions where you are dissatisfied with some aspect of your experience at the University.
If this is the case, we would recommend in the first instance that you discuss the situation with the person concerned or with another member of staff.
However, if you feel that this has not resolved the situation, you can use the formal complaint procedure.
