I felt ill during my last exam, how do I report this?
It may be appropriate for you to complete a mitigating circumstances form. Please be aware that mitigation forms require independent evidence such as a medical note.
Please note that mitigation should only be applied for in exceptional circumstances and the outcome of a successful mitigation claim against an examination is likely to be a deferred assessment.
