Due to ill health/ personal circumstances I have not been able to study for my exam, who should I notify?
It is advisable for you to speak to the Student Services Office to get advice as soon as possible.
It may be appropriate for you to complete a mitigating circumstances form. In which case, please do so as soon as possible, prior to your exam, attaching independent evidence.
