When do I need to use a Mitigation form?
Mitigation forms are needed if a student is having to miss an assessment or exam like the ASK due to sickness or an unavoidable event.
A form can be collected from Reception, and the student will need to discuss their application with Stephanie May, and if necessary a Personal Tutor.
