FAQ 1426
What if my appeal is rejected, what is the next step?

An appeal at Stage Two will only be accepted where:

The student submits further material circumstances;

There is evidence of procedural irregularity during the Stage One process;

There is evidence of bias during the Stage One Process;

The decision reached at Stage One is one that no reasonable body (properly directing itself, and taking into account all relevant factors) could have arrived at.

You are strongly advised to consult the Student Guild Advice Unit if you are considering an appeal at Stage Two.
