Where do I find an Interruption Form?
The Interruption and Withdrawal form is accessible through SID online.
Please log on to SID with your normal IT username and password. Click on 'Log an Enquiry' and then choose the
'Graduate School of Education' Enquiry Centre from the left hand side of the
page. From here you can select either the interruption or withdrawal form from
the list.
Once you have completed the form, click 'log now' to send
the form to us. Please note that this is just the starting point of the process
and you will not be officially withdrawn or interrupted until we have acquired
the approval of the Director of Education or nominated delegate.
