Has my bank transfer arrived?

It may take several days for your payment to be received and processed, so please check your Online Statement on your Student Record (in the Finance section) where you will see the payment once it has been added to your account.


If your transfer has been made from the UK or EU does not appear on your Online Statement, then please log an enquiry online with the Student Information Desk (via the SID tab on iExeter).


Please include the date the transfer was made, from which country and any other relevant information that will help us trace the payment. It is helpful if you can include a screenshot of the transaction or a copy of the bank information you received when making the payment.

If your transfer was made through Western Union Business Solutions and is not showing 72 hours after your bank initiating the transfer then please contact
