How do I give feedback on the service I received at the Exeter Access Centre?

We welcome feedback on the service you have received from the Exeter Access Centre and use it to help us to plan/make improvements to our services. 


It would therefore be helpful if you could complete and return the Feedback Questionnaire which will be sent to you following assessment.

 

If you wish to discuss your feedback in more detail or have a specific issue you wish to raise, contact Lizzie Sherwood, the Team Leader of the Exeter Access Centre by e-mailing AccessCentre@exeter.ac.uk.

 

Should the matter be one which is not directly handled by the Exeter Access Centre,  we can offer guidance, including referral or signposting to the relevant department or service.

 

In addition, in order to provide feedback to the Disabled Students’ Allowances Quality Assurance Group (DSA-QAG), you may also wish to fill in their on-line questionnaire.
