How do I claim back bank charges?
Banks will make additional charges for unauthorised transactions on your account and you should first speak to the bank to find out why you have been charged.
If you are based at the Exeter campuses, you can contact the Students' Guild Advice Unit on 01392 723520 or emailing studentadvice@exeterguild.com. They will help you find out if there is a valid reason for asking the bank to reconsider its decision.
Alternatively, if you are based at the Cornwall Campus, you can make an appointment to see an adviser by contacting the FXU Advice on 01326370447 or emailing advice@fxu.org.uk.
