FAQ 198
I am a student and need to apply for a UniCard.

New Students Exeter campuses

If you are a new student, you can apply for a UniCard by uploading your photo to our submission facility.

The UniCard collection point is in the Forum during Welcome week. If the queue is estimated to be longer than 1 hour, you will be asked to return the next day.

If you are a new international student, you may collect your UniCard once you have reported to Immigration compliance with your passport and qualification documents. You would receive an email with details about the same.

If you will not be in attendance at the University, (e.g. you will be a distance learner) please inform us when you email or log your enquiry and your UniCard will be posted to your home address. You do not need your UniCard until the start of your course.

If you are an existing student and have lost your unicard, please order a replacement at here. We will contact you once your card is ready to collect.

If you are an existing student and your unicard has expired because you have changed your course or added a year abroad or in industry, visit the SID desk or the Info at St Luke's during opening hours. Your replacement card will be free of charge.
