I'm leaving the university as I've graduated, can I have a refund on my print credit?
We are able to refund all credit apart from the first £1 you were given by the University of Exeter upon starting your study with us. Please log a SID enquiry and the Print and Copy team will arrange the refund.
Please note that cash refunds can take up to two weeks to process and you will need to collect the cash in person yourself, so ensure you allow enough time when you request the refund.
