When are new accounts created?

New staff accounts are created once a Trent record is created.


Associate accounts are created by an individual user's line manager or supervisor via the online AMS system. Please see http://directory.exeter.ac.uk/# , select 'IT Access' and then the relevant department.


New student accounts can be created once all relevant paperwork has been completed by Admissions. For students starting in September, accounts are usually made available in mid-August.
