I've received an email saying my account is due for deletion. Is this wrong?

Staff – Please speak to HR, there may be an issue with your Trent record. Alternatively, please provide us with your Staff Number and we can speak with HR.

Associates– Your AMS Record has an expiry date. if you are still in post, we will need to update your expiry date at http://directory.exeter.ac.uk/#

Students – Your IT account remains valid for approximately 9 months after graduation. Unfortunately it will now be deleted, as per our license agreement with Microsoft. There is not a capacity for us to maintain student accounts beyond this time.
