I scanned my document successfully, but I haven’t yet received it via email.

Once the document has been transferred up to the network, it’s in the control of the Outlook email system, which handles the delivery.  However, there is usually very little delay in delivery to your PC.  If your document hasn’t arrived in your Inbox after 20 minutes, check your Outlook spam folder and settings, in case it has been misdirected.  If not, and you’re not aware of any general issue with the email system or network in your building, log a call for investigation by the Print team.
