The machine behaves sluggishly.
If the MFD is powered up but the screen is sluggish or responds unpredictably, the machine may benefit from a software reset. Press the energy-saver button twice in quick succession , and the screen will show two options, one of which is ‘Quick restart’. Select this and the machine will power-cycle itself. Note: Xeroxes do take quite a while to restart, so be patient!
