- Events booked through iTrent Self Service should show up in your Personal Learning Account once they have been marked as completed by the event organiser. Sometimes this can take a few days.
Events that you have been booked onto, or that you have booked outside of iTrent Self Service have to be added to your Learning Account by the event organiser. Sometimes this is done in bulk some time after the event has occurred. Please contact the event organiser or Staff Learning & Development to find out when this might be for a particular event.
