How can I check the status of an expense claim?

From the main menu in Online Expenses, select ‘My Claims’ > ‘Submitted Claims’, then click on the claim name to view the claim history and see where the claim currently is in the approval route. 

Staff in finance teams can use Claim Viewer to see the status of any claim made by a claimant in their department.
