A payment has been made but I can't see it on my account
Please double check your statement by logging into iExeter, navigate to your 'Student Record System' tab and then to the 'Finance' tab where you will be able to see your online statement ('View my statement of account/sponsors"). This will list all payments and invoices on your student account.
Cash, Cards and Online payments through epay usually take up to 48 hours to process.
Bank transfers and Western Union payments usually take up to 5 working days to process.
If the payment is not showing and you think it should be please log an enquiry through SID Online. Please include evidence of payment in the enquiry, such as a remittance or receipt.
