Can I have a refund?
A refund is only available if credit is held on your account. This could be due to an overpayment, adjustments to your fees, etc. Please double check your statement by logging into iExeter, navigate to your 'Student Record System' tab and then to the 'Finance' tab where you will be able to see your online statement ('View my statement of account/sponsors") to see if credit is held on your account.
Any credit held on your account will be applied to outstanding payments before being refunded. Any remaining credit can then be either refunded or held on file as credit for any future fees.
To request a refund, please log an enquiry through SID Online and we will respond with further information.
