My Student Loan isn't showing during registration
If this is the case please provide evidence of your student finance application by attaching a copy or screenshot to a SID enquiry. Please include your customer reference number or student support number. We can then review this.
If you are unable to provide this please speak directly to Student Finance England, Wales & N.I. and SAAS. They will be able to provide more information and reasons for any delay in funding.
