How to attach a file to an enquiry (student view)

Log into SID using your university username and password. Click the blue view my enquiry tile.

Click the enquiry you have received an update for – you can click With You to filter the enquiries to ones that have requested information from you.

Scroll to the bottom of the enquiry to see the Update this enquiry section.

Use the select an action drop-down menu to select Update My Enquiry.


Add a message to the Your message box.


Use the drag and drop function to drop your file into the enquiry or click the green Add Files… button to use the file picker.


Click Send. You will be returned to the enquiry summary screen


You will be able to see your file attached on your update.
