Find the Enquirer Finder box, then to the right, click on the Add User icon (if you do not see this icon, please click Log Enquiry to let us know)
Add the Personal Details in the active window that appears
Click Next and enter the email address, then click Create User Now
When you see the New record TMPXXXXXXXXXX created successfully message, select the New Enquiry option from the dropdown menu showing Next Options for Ms Test (this will update to the name you have added)
Log the enquiry as you normally would.
