How to see if an enquirer has more than one enquiry


During peak periods, it is not unusual for students to email in several times - to save time, checking if the enquirer has emailed more than once is simple and helps manage the workload.


When the enquiry is open, look toward the top left hand corner for Open Calls for 67000000: (see below)



If the number is more than 1, you can click on the number which opens a screen similar to the following:



From here, you can open the enquiries as normal and action them accordingly - if the enquiries are multiples of the same question, you may wish to link them, before categorising the newest one as a duplicate and closing, then categorising the other with a relevant category and replying to the enquirer.
