I can't load a SID enquiry from an email link


Since the upgrade to SID 6.1, email links for staff to Update the Enquiry will now direct the user to the SID login page requiring authentication, rather an unsecured direct view of the SID enquiry.


Users will need to locate the enquiry from their My Summary screen in the menu on the left hand side, under Enquiries or alternatively search with the enquiry number using the Enquiry Search.
