What is a Candidate Number and where can I find it?

A Candidate number is a six digit number assigned to each undergraduate in all stages of study. Having a candidate number ensures anonymity for exams and coursework submissions. Each candidate number is unique and will change each academic year.

To retrieve your Candidate number:

    • Log into iExeter and click Student Record & Registration (SRS)
    • Click Facilities then choose Collect your Candidate Number
    • Click Student Record & Registration (SRS) Click Student Record System
    • Your candidate number will appear on the next page
