The keyboard isn't working.

Occasionally the lectern PC may stop recognising that the keyboard is plugged in. In the majority of cases, this can be fixed by rebooting the PC. To do this:

1. Press and hold the PC power button for around 10 seconds until it completely shuts down. You will know this has worked if the light on the power button turns off.

2. Then press it again to restart it (you will know this has worked if you see the PC manufacturer's logo - either Dell or HP - on the screen, rather than going straight back to the blue Window's login screen). 


If rebooting the PC doesn't work, please call x2230 or press the Room Help button on the support phone to ask a Technician to attend.
