If you are on a fixed term contract your annual leave will not take into account your expected end date and you should use the Annual Leave Calculator to identify your leave entitlement and not exceed your allowance.
Please be aware that iTrent includes bank holidays and university closure days in your annual leave allowance (both booked/scheduled and taken).
