I have changed accommodation, how much do I have left to pay/when can I have my refund?

If you have changed accommodation, please allow time for your account to be adjusted. You can view your account through your Online Statement.

If you have moved to more expensive accommodation, you may have a further payment to make. 

  • Please see the How to Pay pages on the Student Finance website and view your account through your online statement for the correct amounts to pay.

If you have moved into less expensive accommodation, you may have overpaid. 

  • Please be advised that the University will use the overpayment towards future accommodation charges that may be due.

 

If you do not have any further charges on your account and require a refund, please log an enquiry online by clicking on the 'Log enquiry' button below.
