They will be able to offer you any advice about your accommodation. They can also give you lots of information on where to look and what you need to be checking when viewing possible properties.

If you are paying any money over to a landlord or agent before you move in you should check whether it is a returnable deposit, what it is meant to cover and also get a receipt to say when you paid the money.
