My parents wish to act on my behalf. Is this possible?
Yes, as long as you have given us permission on your Student Record (via iExeter) in the Finance section.
Due to our policy regarding the Data Protection Act, we are not allowed to speak to anyone apart from the student regarding their account unless they have given us permission to do so.
You can do this by logging in to your iExeter and clicking on the Student Record tile. In the finance section, you will find an option to nominate someone to act on your behalf.
You can also add your parents details during on line registration. Please give their full name, contact address and contact telephone number.
