What do I need to do if I am having difficulties with the Student Loans Company and my tuition fee loan will be paid late?

Please contact the Student Information Desk and provide evidence that you have applied for your student funding. 


This can include a screen print of your online application or correspondence received from the Student Loans Company confirming your application. 


Once received your account can be placed on hold pending confirmation from the Student Loans Company of your successful application.


Please be advised that any additional fees which are not covered by your student loan, for example accommodation costs, will need to be paid as per the University’s payment deadlines.
