How can I change my tutorial/seminar group?
If you would like to discuss making a change to your timetable for next term, we will be running a Timetable Clinic during weeks one and two of each term where you can speak to one of the Student and Education Services team about this in detail.
You will receive further information about the exact times and dates of the clinic closer to the start of term.
If you would like to discuss changes to the timetable for this current term, all valid requests should have been made before the start of week three; we will only approve changes after this time in exceptional circumstances, for example a clash between two modules. If you feel that your circumstances are exceptional, please log an enquiry below and this will enable us to look into the specifics of your situation.
You will need to include:
1. The name and code of the module that you would like to move
2. The reason why you cannot attend your timetabled session
3. The reason why you were unable to contact us earlier about this change
One of our team members will then respond to your request.
Please note that timetable changes are not guaranteed and are subject to authorisation by Student and Education Services. In addition to this, we only deal with changes to Business School modules; if you would like to change a non-Business School module please contact the relevant School or College responsible for delivering that module.
