How do I report my absence?
To report an absence you will need to use your exehub function. On the front page of your exehub portal, you will see a link to the 'Report Absence' facility, in a box on the left hand side. Please click on this link to report your absence to us, and we can approve it if appropriate.
Reasons for absence that we are able to approve:
- Illness
- Personal or family emergency
- Careers or personal development related event such as an interview
If your reason does not fall under the categories above, then it is unlikely that we will be able to approve your absence but it is important that you still report it.
