FAQ 967
I have personal reasons which have meant that I have been unable to attend classes, what should I do?

It is important that you speak to a Student and Education Services advisor or your personal tutor if you have been experiencing ongoing personal issues that have significantly impacted your ability to attend classes. If you are unable to attend classes for more than 7 days, you will need to provide evidence to Student Services located in Building: One, so that your absences can be mitigated if necessary. If you fail to do this, you may be putting your studies at risk as your attendance is monitored, and there can be serious consequences for students who are absent.

You may wish to note that the Students' Guild Advice Unit, telephone number 01392 723520 or email studentadvice@exeter.ac.uk, is able to offer advice and support should you require it. You can also contact Wellbeing for additional support http://www.exeter.ac.uk/wellbeing

I look forward to hearing from you so we can ensure you are fully supported and your studies are not affected.
