Where/who do I bring my form to once I have filled it out?
There is a new process for mitigation applications in 2017/18, and we no longer use a paper form. For guidance and advice on how to apply for mitigation using the online form, please visit the University's Welfare webpage and click on the mitigation link. Be sure to read the guidance carefully before submitting a form.
