What kind of evidence do I need to provide?

Commonly accepted forms of evidence are a doctor’s letter, counsellor’s letter, solicitor or lawyer’s letter, death certificates, or hospital discharge note.


The committee will check various things such as the correlation of dates, and possibly verify the evidence with the organisation or individual that issued it.
