If my mitigation is successful, do I have to accept the offer?
If your mitigation application is successful you can decline any offer that is made.
However, there will be a deadline that you will have to notify us by - if you don’t notify us that you want to decline the offer by that specified deadline, which will be in your offer email, the mitigation will be automatically implemented and cannot be reversed after the deadline.
