What are the company application processes?

The application process varies depending on the company.


Some companies may expect you to undertake the following: an application form, psychometric testing, a telephone interview, assessment centre and final interview.

Others may simply request a CV, covering letter and undertake one interview. You can usually find information about what is involved in the application process on company websites, the time that this information is posted will vary by company; alternatively you can contact the company directly. The Business School Careers Zone will be able to provide you with guidance about each stage of the application process.
