My UniCard has expired, what do I do?


UniCards are issued for the length of your study or employment. Student UniCards will expire at the end of your study period and are not issued to cover the period between completion of your study and graduation.


If your UniCard has expired and you still have employment or study time left you will need to contact the relevant office as listed below and your card will be posted to you or you can collect it:


Exeter based staff and students:  Please log an enquiry online with the Student Information Desk using the button below, via the SID tile on iExeter, or visit the the Student Information Desk in the Forum Building.


Cornwall based staff and students: Please email cornwall-cardoffice@exeter.ac.uk or visit the Cornwall Card Office, Room A053, Peter Lanyon Building.



Research Students

If you have submitted your thesis/dissertation and you are waiting to have your viva, or you have minor or major amendments to do to your thesis, you may apply for an extension to your UniCard expiry date.


The period of extension will be based on the current status of your examination.


Please contact the relevant office using the following details and explain that your UniCard has expired and why you require it to be extended.
Your new UniCard will then be posted out to you or you can collect it.
