How to reset toolbars and views in Outlook.
If you are having difficulties or inconsistencies with your Outlook view / folder structure, you can resolve this with the below fix:
Windows 7:
1. Click the Windows button
2. In the search box type: outlook.exe /cleanviews
3. Press enter
4. Please wait while Outlook restores your views and toolbars to default.
