I have sent a Microsoft Publisher to print in colour, but when I release it to print it comes out black and white. How do I fix this?
To remedy this, when sending to the colour print queue from your PC, go to 'print properties' tab, and select 'Vivid Colour' in the colour options tab. This should correct the error.
