My phone is not responding/the screen has gone black. How can I fix this?

If your phone is not responding or the screen has turned black, please try restarting the device completely by removing all cables from the phone (including the power cable) and leave it unplugged for 5-10 minutes. Reconnect the device after this time, and then retry logging in and see if the issue has been fixed.


If this does not resolve the issue, please log a SID enquiry or call (from another phone) 4724 or 0300 555 0444.
