How do I connect to a printer in our office? (non-Xerox printing)
This depends on the type of printer you are trying to connect to. If other users are connected to the device, please find out the name of it from your colleagues. Once you have this, you can then add it yourself by going to 'Start', 'Devices and Printers', 'Add a Printer', then selecting 'add a network printer' and searching for the printer's name in this list.
Please note: if the printer is a local IP Printer, then please contact the SID.
