You can change your IT password on the IT website. Please note you must know your current password to change to a new password.
If you have forgotten your IT password, you will need to contact the IT Servicedesk on 01392 725050 or log an enquiry via SID and provide your username, date of birth and your student or University card number.
If you wish to change your Falmouth password, press ctrl + alt + delete whilst logged on in the IT suites and the option to change your password will pop up. Or you can reset your Falmouth Campus password remotely via the FX Plus portal.
If you’ve forgotten your password and do not have internet access, you will need to pop in to one of the IT offices during opening hours and have your password reset. Bring your student card as a form of ID.
