I can't access ELE: it says 'code 500, internal server error'. What should I do?

Please delete your Temporary Internet files and Cookies, and then try to restart your web browser. If you are using Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox, press Shift+Ctrl+Del all at once to bring up the delete options, and then untick all the options except from Temporary Internet Files & Cookies, and then press delete. If you are using a different web browser, then please use the following link for further information on how to clear the files etc.

Once this process is complete, please close and restart your web browser to check if the issue is resolved.
